How to Sign Up

Begin by creating an account on www.globalpickleball.network.

After creating an account, click Pickleball Networks on the top menu bar and search for Griffin Leagues. Select Griffin Leagues.

On the right hand side, click Join Network.

After joining our network, click Leagues, which is located below the Griffin Leagues banner.

Select the league you wish to join, the ladder you wish to join, and then hit Sign Up.

League Fees

$20 across all Pickleball leagues.

All payments are handled via PayPal in Global Tennis Network.

Match Play

Players/teams are able to challenge another player/team up to five spaces above themselves.

Players have 7 days to accept or decline a challenge before it is automatically declined.

Players will not be penalized for declining challenges.

Players have 14 days to play an accepted challenge before it expires.

Forfeits will not be treated like a lost match, and will have no affect on rankings or points.

Players will not be penalized for not playing matches.

When a lower ranked player beats a higher ranked player, the lower ranked player “leap frogs” over the higher ranked player, pushing them and each player initially between them down one spot.

Leap frog system: This is the most basic and simplest ranking system. When a lower ranked player beats a higher ranked player, the lower ranked player “leap frogs” over the higher ranked player, pushing them and each player initially between them down one spot. If the higher ranked player wins, nothing happens.

All matches will be best 3 of 5 games, first to 11 points, win by 2 points.

Each season will last three months.

Matches can be played at the home facility of either player or team.

When you challenge a player on Global Tennis Network, they will automatically be notified.

All ladder members should maintain current contact information. If you change phone numbers or e-mail addresses, you must update your profile so other member can contact you and you will receive email notifications.

The challenging player or team is responsible to bring the balls.  Outdoor pickleballs should be used for outdoor play.

The winning player or team should report the score on Global Pickleball Network within 24 hours. We use an honor code system, so the score that is submitted by the winner will not require validation before being entered into the system.
